Chiều 23/7, ông Thái Ngọc Trung – Phó Giám đốc phụ trách Sở Xây dựng TP Đà Nẵng cho biết, thời gian qua, thành phố Đà Nẵng chưa cấp phép cho bất kỳ một dự án, công trình nào xây dựng căn hộ khách sạn condotel trên địa bàn thành phố Đà Nẵng.
Theo ông Tô Văn Hùng – Giám đốc Sở Tài nguyên và môi trường TP. Đà Nẵng, loại hình bất động sản căn hộ khách sạn (condotel), biệt thự du lịch (resort villa), văn phòng kết hợp lưu trú (officetel) hình thành và phát triển tại thành phố Đà Nẵng trong khoảng thời gian từ năm 2015.
Nói về tính pháp lý của các căn hộ Condotel, ông Hùng cho biết: Hiện nay chưa có văn bản pháp luật cụ thể hướng dẫn việc cấp Giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất, quyền sở hữu nhà ở và tài sản khác gắn liền với đất thời hạn lâu dài cho người mua Condotel. Do đó, hiện nay, Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường, Văn phòng Đăng ký đất đai thành phố chưa thực hiện cấp Giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất, quyền sở hữu nhà ở và tài sản khác gắn liền với đất với thời gian ổn định lâu dài cho các căn hộ Condotel.
Trả lời về việc thời gian qua trên thị trường bất động sản thành phố Đà Nẵng diễn ra rao bán các căn hộ khách sạn (condotel), biệt thự du lịch (resort villa), văn phòng kết hợp lưu trú (officetel) một cách rầm rộ với cam kết cấp sổ hồng, sổ đỏ vĩnh viễn, ông Lê Trung Chinh – Phó Chủ tịch UBND TP. Đà Nẵng khẳng định, thông tin thời gian qua thành phố Đà Nẵng chưa cấp phép cho bất kỳ dự án, công trình nào xây dựng căn hộ khách sạn condotel trên địa bàn thành phố là hoàn toàn chính xác.
Trước những thông tin rao bán các căn hộ khách sạn (condotel), biệt thự du lịch (resort villa), văn phòng kết hợp lưu trú (officetel) một cách rầm rộ với cam kết cấp sổ hồng, sổ đỏ vĩnh viễn không đúng sự thật như hiện nay, ông Chinh mong muốn các đơn vị cơ quan thông tấn báo chí cùng vào cuộc thông tin, phản ánh để người dân trên địa bàn thành phố, cũng như trong cả nước nắm bắt, hiểu rõ.
