Theo Cổng thông tin tỉnh Quảng Ninh, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh này vừa có cuộc họp để nghe và cho ý kiến về một số quy hoạch trên địa bàn TP Móng Cái.
Cụ thể, CTCP Tập đoàn T&T trình bày quy hoạch chi tiết xây dựng Khu trung tâm phường Hải Hòa và Khu liên hợp thể dục thể thao & công viên cây xanh tại phường Hải Hòa. CTCP Đầu tư và phát triển đô thị TDH Ecoland – doanh nghiệp trong hệ thống Tập đoàn Ecopark – trình bày Quy hoạch chi tiết xây dựng tỷ lệ 1/500 Khu đô thị sinh thái tại TP Móng Cái. Ngoài ra, TP Móng Cái cũng báo cáo quy hoạch chi tiết để di chuyển các doanh nghiệp bị ảnh hưởng bởi dự án Khu đô thị mới Ninh Dương.
Đối với quy hoạch 2 dự án do T&T đề xuất, ông Nguyễn Văn Thắng, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Quảng Ninh chỉ đạo chủ đầu tư, đơn vị tư vấn cần tiếp thu các ý kiến tại cuộc làm việc để điều chỉnh, hoàn thiện trong thời gian sớm nhất.
Về Quy hoạch chi tiết xây dựng tỷ lệ 1/500 Khu đô thị sinh thái TP Móng Cái, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh cho rằng các nội dung đáp ứng được yêu cầu của quy hoạch chi tiết; cập nhật Khu đô thị vào điều chỉnh quy hoạch chung xây dựng Khu kinh tế cửa khẩu Móng Cái. Chủ tịch Quảng Ninh cũng yêu cầu chủ đầu tư cần tăng diện tích đất dịch vụ, du lịch, làm tốt phân đoạn đầu tư, quá trình triển khai dự án phải hết sức khẩn trương.
Đối với tiến độ lập Quy hoạch chi tiết để di chuyển các doanh nghiệp bị ảnh hưởng bởi dự án Khu đô thị mới Ninh Dương của TP Móng Cái, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh yêu cầu TP Móng Cái cần bổ sung các nội dung mà lãnh đạo sở, ban, ngành tỉnh tham gia, đóng góp để nghiên cứu, triển khai nhanh.
